Dolphi Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 43 675 811 720) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Dolphi platform.
1. Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and industry. When you use Dolphi, we collect information about the campaigns you create, the content you generate, and how you interact with the platform. We also collect standard technical data like IP address, browser type, and device information through cookies and analytics tools.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the Dolphi service, including generating campaign content, personalising your experience, sending transactional emails (like campaign ready notifications), and processing payments through Stripe. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve our AI models and product features.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely on Australian-hosted infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption (256-bit TLS) for data in transit and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We conduct regular security reviews and follow industry best practices for data protection.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate Dolphi: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database and authentication, Resend for transactional emails, Vercel for hosting, and Anthropic for AI content generation. Each of these services has their own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can export your data from the Settings page in your dashboard. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at privacy@dolphi.com.au. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We use analytics cookies (via Vercel Analytics) to understand how people use Dolphi so we can improve the product. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly without essential cookies.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you via email if the changes are significant. Your continued use of Dolphi after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
